Delete your Papelia account
Deleting your optional account permanently removes the protected notebook linked to it. This cannot be undone.

Delete it inside Papelia
- Open Papelia and go to Home.
- Tap the account notebook in the upper-left corner.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with the same Apple or Google provider when asked.
If you cannot use the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Apple or Google provider. Use the subject “Papelia account deletion” and tell us which provider and platform you used. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens. We may ask you to complete an equivalent provider verification before deleting anything.
What is deleted
We remove the Firebase account used by Papelia, active sessions, account links and synced game progress associated with the internal player account. Local app data on devices you no longer control cannot be remotely erased.
What may remain
A random recovery capability may remain for up to one year so an interrupted deletion can be retried safely, and a one-way fingerprint of the deleted Firebase identifier may remain for 24 hours for session security. Papelia retains pseudonymous app-open, puzzle-completion and advertising-impression events for 90 days, then removes expired records in its next scheduled deletion sweep. The minimal reward-verification ledger remains for the lifetime of the service to prevent duplicate rewards and abuse. Firebase, advertising, crash, security and hosting providers apply their own retention controls.
No account?
If you never signed in, Papelia has no synced player account to delete. Clear the app data or uninstall Papelia to remove the local notebook from your device. You can still contact us about privacy rights.
