Papelia Terms of Use

1. The game

Papelia is a number-sum puzzle for entertainment. It offers local play, daily puzzles, optional account sync, hints and advertising-supported features. Features may evolve as the game is improved.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, provide accurate provider credentials, keep access to your Apple or Google account secure and do not attempt to access another player’s data. You may sign out or delete the account at any time.

3. Fair and acceptable use

• Do not disrupt, overload or probe the service.
• Do not bypass reward, advertising, authentication or security controls.
• Do not automate requests or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law.
• Do not use Papelia for unlawful activity.

4. Advertising, purchases and connectivity

Some interstitial ads may appear and rewarded ads are optional. Local puzzles can work offline; sync, account functions and ad rewards require connectivity. Third-party services may be unavailable from time to time.

The optional lifetime upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Its current price is shown by your device’s store before you pay. It removes ads, gives unlimited hints and lets you open advanced levels without first completing earlier ones; it does not mark skipped levels as solved. Use Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google store account to recover it on another device using that store. Papelia account sign-in alone does not transfer a store purchase between Apple and Google. Purchases and refunds are handled under the applicable store rules and your statutory rights.

5. Ownership

Papelia, its code, illustrations, name, music, sounds and other content belong to Racorway LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the game.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Papelia reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available and Racorway is not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and ending access

We may update the game or these terms. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service, comply with law or respond to serious misuse. You can stop using Papelia at any time and delete an optional account.
